The biggest challenge we face right now

Did you observe the growing population around you? It is the greatest contributor of misery in our lives.

look at this cool dude here (he's my friend not me! I clicked the photo) and look behind him. Recently we visited India Gate and I was awestruck to witness the crowd there. Thousands and thousands of people just roaming around the monument. Not a single vacant spot in sight.

This is the exact situation of the country right now .Imagine a population of over 1500 million people! Every sixth person on the planet is in India right now.

If India suddenly loses a million of its population, nothing significant would happen, it is like losing a single rupee from 1500 rupees.

Recently the holy Mahakumbh mela concluded in my hometown Prayagraj and a whopping population of over 662 million attended the fest. can you fathom the numbers?!

Our cities are choking. The NCR region of the country now has around 50 million residents and it's only increasing. And I think developing Infrastructure to accommodate the population will never work out. I have witnessed 2 lane roads getting widened to 4 then 6 and still fail to streamline flow of traffic smoothly.

And this problem is not just confined to roads , traffic or housing. It leads to misery in every way possible. Writing a competitive exam? expect atleast 10 times the number of applicants compared to the available spots.

But the biggest problem is that the Government hasn't realized this problem. According to stats around 41000 births take place in India every day!! There are currently no strict plans to address this issue. So as citizens wishing for a prosperous and a bit of easy life ahead we must request for a solution to this problem.

This doesn't look like a blog anymore this is looking like an article but still, I wanted to share this disturbing feeling with you as it makes me feel uneasy every time I think about it.

Take care bye bye.....
